• We assign a project manager to every project, who is contactable directly and can answer any queries
• We visit the site prior to submitting any quotations, and take full surveys to ensure that no problems will occur and that nothing has been overlooked
• We liaise with the client and/or quantity surveyor nad architect to ensure all specifications are correct prior to quotation
• We submit a comprehensive quotation that includes Query List, Method Statements, Risk Assessments, Bill of Quantities, Quality Management Systems, Lump Sum Quotation, Schedule of Works, Schedule of Payments and costings of additional extras
• Upon acceptance of tender we provide an exact Bill of Quantities in the form of an Excel document that includes breakdown of prices, every product required, cable lengths, and much more
• We employ independent Health and Safety consultants, qualified to the highest standards, who visit projects at regular intervals
• We liaise constantly with clients and site supervisors throughout the project
• We deliver works that are of the highest standard and guarantee that we as electrical contractors will not cause any delays
